Amply Stat — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

Amply Stat (amplystat.ru) is the internal analytics dashboard of the record label Amply Music, used by label staff and the label's contracted artists. This policy describes what data the Service processes and why.

1. Data we process

2. How we use it

Data is used solely to show analytics to the artist concerned and to the label team, and to generate internal reports and alerts for them. We do not use the data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host the Service.

3. TikTok data

TikTok data is obtained through TikTok's Login Kit and Display API with the account owner's explicit consent, and is limited to the connected account's own public statistics as listed above. We never post, modify or share TikTok content, never access other users' data, and never use TikTok data for advertising.

4. YouTube data (YouTube API Services)

Amply Stat uses YouTube API Services to show an artist their own channel statistics. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The connection is made through Google's OAuth consent screen with the read-only scopes youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly. With them we retrieve and store: the channel ID and title; the channel's list of videos with their publication dates and public counters; and YouTube Analytics reports for the channel and its videos — daily views, watch time, subscribers gained, traffic sources, and aggregated audience demographics (age groups, gender, geography, device types, as percentages). We never access private messages, comment authors, or any data about individual viewers, and we never modify anything on YouTube.

These YouTube data ("Authorized Data") are stored as daily series for as long as the channel stays connected, and are shown only to the artist who connected the channel and to the label staff responsible for that artist. Aggregated audience demographics are stored only as percentages and are never combined with other data to identify viewers. Authorized Data are refreshed about once a day and are not shared with any third party.

Revoking access. You can revoke Amply Stat's access at any time, either in the dashboard ("Disconnect" next to the YouTube badge on your artist page) or in your Google account at Google security settings → Third-party apps & services. When you disconnect in the dashboard, we immediately revoke the OAuth token at Google, delete the stored tokens, and delete all Authorized Data collected for that channel. If revocation or deletion fails, the connection remains disabled while the Service retries; completion is confirmed only after deletion succeeds. If you revoke access on Google's side instead, the next scheduled token refresh detects that the token no longer works and stops collecting. If the channel is not reconnected, the Service starts the same disconnection and deletion process after the existing 30-day reconnection waiting period. Failed revocation or deletion remains pending until it succeeds.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on the Service's servers; OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted by role: an artist sees only their own data, label staff see the label's catalogue. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

6. Retention and deletion

Social-account tokens are kept while connected and, while revocation or deletion is pending, in the encrypted vault solely to retry the pending disconnection. Disconnecting an account in the dashboard revokes the token at the platform where the platform supports it (Google and TikTok; Instagram and Threads have no such endpoint, and VK community keys are revoked by the community administrator), deletes the stored tokens, and deletes the statistics collected through that connection (all platforms are handled the same way as described for YouTube in section 4). If a platform reports that access was revoked on its side and the account is not reconnected within the 30-day waiting period, automatic disconnection and deletion begin. Completion is confirmed only after revocation and all required data-store cleanup succeed; failures remain pending and are retried. Every disconnection and deletion is recorded in an internal audit log (platform, artist, time, whether the token was revoked and how many records were deleted). For direct Instagram, TikTok and YouTube connections, deletion also clears account-scoped observation history and queued observations before the account is removed. Shared legacy artist-level statistics are retained while another account of the same platform remains connected. Reconnecting after completed deletion creates a new connection; old collection runs do not resume.

Instagram and Threads. If you remove Amply Stat in your Instagram or Threads settings ("Apps and websites" / "Website permissions"), Meta notifies us and we disable the connection immediately and delete the stored tokens and the statistics collected through it. Failed deletion is retried automatically and stays pending until it succeeds. You can also submit a data deletion request there without contacting us: you receive a confirmation code and a link to a page on amplystat.ru where you can check that the deletion is completed.

TikTok. Disconnecting in the dashboard revokes the authorization at TikTok. You can also revoke it in the TikTok app ("Security and permissions → Apps and services"); we detect this at the next token refresh and stop collecting. If you do not reconnect within the 30-day waiting period, automatic disconnection and deletion begin; failures remain pending until cleanup succeeds. Streaming statistics of the label's catalogue (section 1) are not tied to a social connection and are kept as long as the artist is with the label. Account data is deleted when the label removes the account.

7. Your requests

To disconnect an integration, use the dashboard. For access, correction or deletion requests — including deletion of collected statistics without disconnecting — write to contact@amplystat.ru or contact the Amply Music label administration through your account manager. We respond within 30 days.
