Amply Stat — Terms of Service

1. What Amply Stat is

Amply Stat («the Service», amplystat.ru) is the internal analytics dashboard of the record label Amply Music. It shows streaming and social-media statistics for the label's catalogue and artists. The Service is not offered to the general public.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are created by label administrators for label staff and for artists contracted with the label. There is no self-registration. You must keep your credentials confidential and must not share your account. The label may suspend or delete an account at any time.

3. Third-party integrations

An artist (or their manager) may voluntarily connect the artist's own accounts on third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Threads or YouTube) through those platforms' official OAuth flows. By connecting an account you confirm that it is your own (or that you are authorised to manage it). The Service only reads statistics from connected accounts; it never posts, edits or shares content on your behalf. You may disconnect an account at any time in the dashboard; disconnecting revokes the Service's access at the platform and deletes the statistics collected through that connection, as described in the Privacy Policy. Use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms. In particular, the YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services, and by connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only to view and analyse data made available to your account. Scraping, reselling data, probing the Service for vulnerabilities or circumventing access controls is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided «as is», for the label's internal informational purposes. Metrics come from third-party sources and may be incomplete or delayed; the label makes no warranties about their accuracy and is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the data.

6. Changes

The label may change the Service or these terms; the current version is always available at this address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
